MAT PILATES

(45 min) This mat-based Pilates class links breath to movement, safely strengthening the body through core control. Props like bands, rings, and balls may be used to enhance, challenge, and support.

ESSENTIAL REFORMER PILATES

(45 min) Join our beginner friendly Essential Reformer class for a low-impact, full-body workout! Perfect for all levels, this class introduces the Pilates Reformer machine with expert guidance on fundamental exercises, proper form, and technique - no experience required!

PROGRESSIVE REFORMER PILATES

(45 min) Our Progressive Reformer class is for those wanting a more dynamic, high-energy, full-body workout! Build strength, endurance, and flexibility with controlled yet powerful movements. Perfect for those ready to challenge themselves and boost overall fitness!

YOGA

(45 min) Focus on your breathing and introduce mindfulness into your day with our beautiful Yoga class. This class will help your mind be present as you stretch, strengthen and lengthen your muscles.

 FAQs

  • Click the “Join Now” button and follow the prompts to register.

    Once you have registered you can download the "MyClub Fitness" App and login with your email address and password you created when registering. 

    From the app you can then book into classes and change your membership.

  • We proudly have no lock in contracts. If you need to cancel or pause your membership, we only require 7 days notice.

  • Group Fitness Classes:
    We require 2 hours notice for group fitness cancellations. For those on a membership, cancellations after this time do not incur a fee however it can cost someone else their spot in the class. For those with a casual pass, your pass may be forfeited for late cancellations and no shows.

    Reformer Pilates:
    All our Reformer classes require 8 hours notice for cancellations. After this time, cancellations can only be made via phone or email and will result in the pass being forfeited. These sessions are limited to 6 places and are in high demand.

    PT Sessions:
    Cancellations of PTs require 24 hours notice and rescheduling is at the discretion of your instructor.

    We are a small business and every late cancellation and no show costs us. We understand life happens so we have made a cancellation policy that is fair on both ends. Exceptions will be made for unforeseen circumstances.

  • You do need to be a member, but if you're looking at only doing reformer Pilates for now, you will simply select our "Casual Passport" membership - which is $0 to join.

    Once you have registered via “Join Now”, download our My Club Fitness app and login with your email address and password you created when registering. From the app you can then purchase "add on" casual or packs of reformer passes, book into classes and, (if you'd like to) change your membership.

    On our Casual Passport membership, you are also able to book into all our other group fitness classes including mat Pilates, Yoga, Step and much more at $16 per class.
