BOXING

FIT FOR LIFE
(45 min) An over 50's class focusing on the basic foundations of physical fitness: balance, flexibility, strength and heart/ lung efficiency (cardio fitness). Activities are low impact and can be modified to suit al fitness levels however participants may be asked to stand up from the floor..
STEP AEROBICS
(45 min) A high energy workout focused on improving cardio fitness and strength, Step Aerobics is a great way to have fun moving to music. This class is fantastic for all fitness levels and modifications can easily be made to help you reach your fitness goals, the fun and safe way.
STRENGTH AND POWER
(30 min) Strength and Power classes emphasise explosive movements and heavy lifting to increase both strength and speed. Expect a combination of compound exercises and polymeric movements designed to enhance muscle power and overall athletic performance. It's a dynamic and intense workout aimed at building strength, speed, and agility in a short timeframe.
30 MIN CIRCUIT
(30 min) 30 Minute Circuit is a fast-paced, full-body workout designed to deliver maxium results in minimal time. You'll move through a series of exercises - each targeting different muscle groups, combinding strength, cardio, and core for the complete and efficient workout..

Click the “Join Now” button and follow the prompts to register.
Once you have registered you can download the "MyClub Fitness" App and login with your email address and password you created when registering.
From the app you can then book into classes and change your membership.

We proudly have no lock in contracts. If you need to cancel or pause your membership, we only require 7 days notice.

Group Fitness Classes:
We require 2 hours notice for group fitness cancellations. For those on a membership, cancellations after this time do not incur a fee however it can cost someone else their spot in the class. For those with a casual pass, your pass may be forfeited for late cancellations and no shows.Reformer Pilates:
All our Reformer classes require 8 hours notice for cancellations. After this time, cancellations can only be made via phone or email and will result in the pass being forfeited. These sessions are limited to 6 places and are in high demand.PT Sessions:
Cancellations of PTs require 24 hours notice and rescheduling is at the discretion of your instructor.We are a small business and every late cancellation and no show costs us. We understand life happens so we have made a cancellation policy that is fair on both ends. Exceptions will be made for unforeseen circumstances.

You do need to be a member, but if you're looking at only doing reformer Pilates for now, you will simply select our "Casual Passport" membership - which is $0 to join.
Once you have registered via “Join Now”, download our My Club Fitness app and login with your email address and password you created when registering. From the app you can then purchase "add on" casual or packs of reformer passes, book into classes and, (if you'd like to) change your membership.
On our Casual Passport membership, you are also able to book into all our other group fitness classes including mat Pilates, Yoga, Step and much more at $16 per class.
